DPI is pleased to announce Rodd Joos to our executive team. He is in a newly created role of director of continuous Improvement and engineering. Rodd will be responsible for improving our processes, realizing operational efficiency gains, and steering more integration between our facilities in Brooklyn Park, MN and Vista, CA.

Rodd brings the right experience to this role. He holds an engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin as well as an MBA from the University of Minnesota. His work experience includes engineering/management roles at SPX Service Solutions, director of technical operations and director of R&D technology transfer at Proto Labs, and chief operating officer at Activated Research.
