Diversified Plastics, Inc. (DPI) is proud to announce that CFO Roger Vang has been promoted to vice president. Roger has been a highly valued DPI employee for more than 16 years. During that time, he’s been instrumental in establishing the company’s employee ownership plan (ESOP) and serves as a trustee. He also created highly efficient annual budget and planning processes, and researches and manages the health care plans that are among the best for similarly sized companies. He also was instrumental in the acquisition of Pacific Plastics Injection Molding in 2018 by providing key financial guidance and has developed strong relationships with various financial partners. In addition to serving on the Brooklyn Park Development Board, Roger is committed to making the community a better place to live and work. He exemplifies DPI’s core values.
