Business Development Manager
At Diversified Plastics, Inc, (DPI), Aliza Alverson is instrumental in helping medical device manufacturers achieve go-to-market success. She prioritizes the customer experience to create a unique collaborative partnership. Prior to joining DPI, Alverson was a sales engineer at Sandvik Coromant, headquartered in Sandviken, Sweden. There, she was responsible for current and prospective customer sales and productivity solutions to high-technology manufacturers. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin—River Falls.
Business Development Manager
Cheryl lives in California and is a part of the West Coast team. With many years of experience with plastic solutions, Cheryl partners with clients to create new possibilities.
Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts from San Diego State University and has earned a yellow belt in Lean 6 Sigma Training.

Jim DeAlba is an experienced business development manager with a proven history of working in the plastics industry. Based in Illinois and a part of the Midwest team, Jim is an expert at identifying new opportunities that improve client projects. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Illinois University.
During her career at Diversified Plastics, Inc. (DPI), Janel Rosine has gained over two and a half decades of experience in plastic injection molding and additive manufacturing. She leverages this extensive knowledge to provide customers with advanced manufacturing solutions and responsive service. Rosine is also responsible for supervising the daily operations of DPI’s customer advocacy department. She is a graduate of the Minnesota School of Computer Imaging. In 2020, Rosine was selected by Plastics News for Women Breaking the Mold.
Raymond Schenk has nearly 30 years of experience in the plastics industry. A member of the SPE Additive Manufacturing & 3D Printing Board of Directors, Ray is a senior sales engineer at Diversified Plastics, Inc. (DPI). He works closely with customers and the DPI engineering team to deliver optimized, precision Acceleration Station™ 3D-printed parts and plastic injection molded components. Previously, he served as general manager at Pioneer Plastics, Inc., Eagan, Minn. He also held the positions of technical manager at Laurel Biocomposite, LLC, in Laurel, Neb. and vice president sales at Arc Precision, LLC, in Isanti, Minn. In addition, Schenk was the chief operating officer for Agri-Polymerix, LLC, Le Center, Minn.; sales engineer at Donatelle Plastics, Inc., New Brighton, Minn.; and president at Dyna Plast, Inc., Ramsey, Minn. He holds a Business Administration degree from Aurora University, Aurora, Ill.

Winters first joined Diversified Plastics, Inc. in 2015 as an assembler/trimmer. In 2020, he was promoted to his current position as customer assistant. Before joining DPI, he worked for Solar Plastics in Delano, Minn. Winters studied automotive technology at Dunwoody College of Technology in Minneapolis.
Wes Durnen has over 4 years of project coordination & management experience. Prior to joining the company, Wes was responsible for IT project coordination/management, logistics, invoicing, shipping, and all customer service for a national restaurant chain through Retail Tech, Inc., based in Chanhassen, MN. Wes has two associates degrees in Sales & Retail Management from Minnesota State College Southeast.
Director of Continuous Improvement and Engineering
Rodd Joos is instrumental in improving our processes and realizing operational efficiency gains between our facilities in Brooklyn Park, MN and Vista, CA. Prior to joining DPI, Rodd was a chief operating officer at Activated Research in Eden Prairie, MN. Rodd holds an engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
Adam Davis has over five years of experience as the estimator at Diversified Plastics, Inc. Prior to joining the company, Davis was responsible for customer service, purchasing, project management and estimating at Micra Enterprises, headquartered in Hugo, Minn. He holds a bachelor of science degree from Concordia University in Nebraska.
Senior Sales Engineer

Prathna Oudom has more than 12 years of experience in the plastics industry. Prior to joining DPI, he worked for JunoPacific in Anoka, Minn. as a process engineer. In 2021, Prathna was named one of the Plastics News Rising Stars. He holds a Plastics Injection Molding Certificate and Plastics Engineering (AS) Degree from Hennepin Technical College.
Dantae Darden is an application engineer with an emphasis in 3D printing. With a 3D Printing Certificate from Dunwoody College of Technology, Dantae has immense knowledge in additive manufacturing. In 2020, he interned with DPI as a CAD Specialist and helped on many ongoing projects. In October of 2021, Dantae returned to DPI in his current position and now oversees the 3D printing capabilities within the company. Outside of work, Dantae enjoys playing competitive volleyball, golfing, games and hanging out with friends and family.
Michael Ho is an experienced project manager and has spent over 4 years working in filtration, healthcare, and research. Before joining the DPI team, Ho was an application engineer with Donaldson Company headquartered in Bloomington, Minn. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and his hobbies include volleyball and videography.
Rob was welcomed to Diversified Plastics in 2021 as a metrology engineer with a 16 year background in measurement technology. He also held various other roles with over 8 years in the role of a manufacturing engineer, a quality engineer, and consultant/AV engineer - from audio-visual with live and recorded performing artists to specialty medical product measurements.
Quality Assurance Manager
Brandon Burnette is an experienced quality manager and has spent over 10 years in process development, control and improvement. Before joining the DPI team, Burnette was a quality engineer with Spectralytics headquartered in Dassel, Minn. He studied industrial technology at North Dakota State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing.
Quality Assurance Engineer
Gina Frandsen has over two decades of experience in quality assurance. Frandsen is committed to producing precision products with training in Zeiss Calypso CMM, CAD file programming and GD&T. She has been with DPI for over 35 years and is a member of ASQ and holds a CQI certification from ASQ.(ASQ-CQI) and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. Frandsen graduated from North Hennepin Community College in Brooklyn Park, Minn. with an AAS in Graphics.
