Our on-demand quotes help companies produce single or low-volume parts for prototyping or end-use production. The Carbon DLS process manufactures non-porous parts, comparable to thermoplastic injection molding. It also uses materials customized for mechanical properties, surface finish and stability.
Acceleration Station services are backed by DPI’s in-house design assistance, inspection under our stringent quality system, injection molding, cleanroom assembly and packaging expertise. U.L. recognized, DPI’s registrations and certifications include ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 and FDA. Our quality department is able to perform PPAP (Production Parts Approval Process) and other validation requirements. Strict lot traceability is adhered to at all times.
